Josh Groban in Concert

Twenty-one-year-old singing phenomenon Josh Groban headlines his own music special, JOSH GROBAN IN CONCERT. Backed by a large symphonic orchestra, the program takes its inspiration from the singer’s new self-titled double-platinum classical-pop album. Music director for both the album and this program is writer/producer/arranger and 14-time Grammy-winning David Foster.

Dubbed “The New Boy Wonder of the Voice” by the New York Times, Groban performs his hit single “To Where You Are,” which was first heard during the singer’s acclaimed performance on “Ally McBeal,” as well as his poignant rendition of the Don McLean classic, “Vincent.” Joining Groban on stage are Andrea Corr, lead singer of the Corrs; violinlist/vocalist Lili Haydn, in Bach’s “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring,” as arranged by David Foster; and neo-soul’s Angie Stone, in “The Prayer,” arranged by Foster, with words and music by him and Carol Bayer Sager. Other highlights include “Cinema Paradiso,” “Let Me Fall” from Cirque du Soleil and “Vincent (Starry, Starry Night).”
