Wild Side of New York

New York is famous for its own brand of "wildlife," but if you look around carefully, you'll find that New York has a wild side made up of the real thing. High in the skyscrapers and down in the subway tunnels, in Central Park and along the shore, the city is just hopping! Raccoons, horseshoe crabs, birds, insects, mice, mussels, peregrine falcons, and red-tailed hawks co-exist with the otherwise local flora and fauna — New Yorkers themselves.
