PBS's popular ARTHUR cartoon launches its own spin-off television series with POSTCARDS FROM BUSTER. Aimed at preschool children ages 4-8, the series follows the globetrotting adventures of Arthur's best friend, Buster Baxter, as he travels across America with his airline-pilot father and a fictional Latin rock band called Los Viajeros. Each episode finds the cartoon rabbit visiting a different city in the U.S. and learning about its distinct regional culture while sending real-life action footage to his friends back home. Fun and educational, BUSTER'S OUTDOOR JOURNEYS is a collection of four rural-themed episodes, tapping Vermont maple syrup in "Sugartime;" visiting an Indiana state fair in "Meet Me at the Fair;" working on an Oregon vegetable farm in "The Giant Pumpkins;" and touring the world-famous Louisiana swamps in "Bayou, By Me."
